5月8日 Nursery trip! Un tour a la pepiniere!Last night we went to the nursery to choose our trees and shrubs. Their products are absolutely wonderful and it is actually difficult to make a choice because you want to buy everything :) Fortunately, we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but it still took us 3 hours though!!! If you are in the Edmonton area, you should check it out: Greenland Garden Centre. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely come back to get some herbs and other plants when the yard will be done!
Hier soir, on est alle choisir nos arbres et arbustes a la pepiniere. Leurs produits sont vraiment impeccables et ca n'a pas ete facile de choisir parce que tout est bien :) Heureusement qu'on avait une bonne idee de ce qu'on voulait, ceci dit ca nous a quand meme pris 3 heures!!! Si vous etes dans le coin, allez y faire un tour: Greenland Garden Centre. Ca vaut le coup. On va y retourner pour acheter nos herbes et autres plantes quand le jardin sera fait! 5月3日 Landscaping nearly there! / Bientot un jardin!We met with the landscaping company in order to finalize the details on what we want in the garden :) That was relatively pain free as we already had the books with all the kind of trees and shrubs that can and will survive in Alberta!! All we need to do now is actually go to a nursery and confirm everything. They are hoping to start on Monday weather permitting!!! I decided to not vouch for the weather anymore :) Exciting times ahead....
On a rentrontre la societe qui s'occupe de notre jardin histoire de finaliser les elements que l'on veut y inclure :) C'etait pas trop dur vu qu'on nous avait donne des bouquins avec les arbres et arbustes qui peuvent resister au climat de l'Alberta!! Il ne nous reste plus qu'aller a la pepiniere pour tout confirmer. Ils esperent commencer Lundi en fonction du temps eviedemment... je ne prononce meme plus sur le temps en ce moment :) Ca devrait etre super.... |
