Yesterday, I made some Kouign Amann also known as "Cake of Doom" as Jeff calls it! It is a typical cake from Brittany made with bread dough, a ton of butter and a ton of sugar and this time I added some blackberries! It is insane the amount of calories contained in that cake :) that said, it is absolutely delicious and certainly not for the faint-hearted nor the health-conscious type!!! After the cake was cooked, I tried my hand in making it look glamorous on camera... up to you now :)
